| New Projects Root Letter: Last Answer and Root Letter 2 Announced Kadokawa Games announced two new projects for the adventure game Root Letter with the announcement of Root Letter: Last Answer and Root Letter 2 (tentative title). Root Letter is a mystery adventure game that released in 2016 for PS4 and PS Vita, followed by a PC and smartphone release in 2017. It tells a story about a letter that is delivered 15 years later, only for you to discover that the old pen-pal was involved in a murder before disappearing. The game takes you to her hometown where you’ll investigate the murder using past letters as clues to uncover the disturbing truth. No further information was shared for Root Letter: Last Answer or Root Letter 2, but Kadokawa Games shared a teaser trailer for the latter which you can check out above.
